Qantas is set to significantly reduce travel time between London and Brisbane by up to four hours.

The airline will increase the frequency of flights between the Queensland hub and Singapore from seven to nine return flights per week ahead of the southern hemisphere summer.

Commencing on October 27th, the expanded schedule will include flights strategically timed to enhance connectivity with Qantas’ daily service between Singapore and Heathrow. This adjustment is anticipated to decrease overall travel time to Heathrow by approximately four hours.

Furthermore, Qantas plans to augment capacity on the Sydney-Singapore route from 14 to 17 flights per week starting December 11th.

These schedule enhancements are part of Qantas' efforts to boost capacity between Singapore and Australia by approximately 10%, equating to an additional 2,500 seats per week, pending government and regulatory approvals.
