EasyJet is making a comeback at Southend airport, unveiling six fresh routes for summer 2025.

Deploying three Airbus A320neo aircraft with 186 seats each, EasyJet is bolstering its presence at the Essex airport, which saw a reduction in services during the pandemic.

The new routes from Southend include destinations like Pisa, Gran Canaria, Dalaman, Antalya, Marrakech, and Enfidha in Tunisia.

This expansion, coupled with the recent establishment of a base at Birmingham airport in March, is expected to generate approximately 130 job opportunities for pilots, crew, and various indirect roles.
